Welcome to Kithlet! By using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
Kithlet is a platform that allows you to share photos and interactions within private groups. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
- You must not post objectionable, inappropriate, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
- You must not post content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Any violation of these UGC guidelines may result in immediate termination of your account.
- Other users can report inappropriate posts, and you can block users to prevent them from communicating with you.
4. SAFETY & MODERATION
We reserve the right to review, flag, or delete any content that violates these Terms, and suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive behavior.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENT
Certain features of Kithlet may require a paid subscription. Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kithlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
