We collect only the essential information required to deliver Kithlet's private sharing features:

• Account Info: Phone number and basic profile information (display name, username, profile photo).
• Content: Photos uploaded to your private group spaces.
• Device Details: Device type, OS version, and push notification tokens.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information strictly to support your sharing circles:

• To deliver and manage the App's core services.
• To display photo widgets dynamically on your friends' home screens.
• To send you alerts regarding group streaks and notifications.

3. SHARING OF DATA

Your photos and updates are strictly shared only with members of the private groups you create or join. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties.

4. DATA RETENTION & GDPR COMPLIANCE

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active.

• You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time from the settings screen in the mobile app.
• Tapping "Delete Account" initiates an immediate purge of your profile document, and triggers background services to remove your photos, streaks, and memberships from our databases within 30 days.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Kithlet does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
